MARA Architects recently completed a comprehensive deep retrofit and extension project on a 1930’s detached house in Sutton, Dublin 13 with Valley View Construction Services Ltd. in the role of main contractor.
On this project we found them to be engaged and honourable to deal with, and they understood the importance of striving for the best quality finish possible. This gave rise to a quality home for our client, and impressed as a result. Their foreman, Martin Sargent, was a gentleman to deal with on a daily basis no matter what the circumstances, which always helps to make a project run more smoothly.
We would have no problem recommending Anthony and his team for tender lists in the future. -
We engaged Valley View Construction with a unique proposal of renovating a house into both a commercial office with a residential unit too. We found them to be enthusiastic and hard working from the start. Anthony always made himself available to deal with the inevitable obstacles that arose. A big thanks also goes to Martin, the site foreman who drove the project every day and saw it right through to completion. We are delighted with the final result, a house and office completed to an impeccable standard and a home that does its location proud

We have been using Valley View for quite some time now. They have completed various projects for us and we find they are very effective and efficient no matter what size the project is. All of our experience during our association with Valley View has been very positive. The methods used and attention to detail combined with their professionalism is far reaching and provides the best possible service needed in a very busy premises of a 4-star hotel. We find them very competitive on price and we never been let down, even in the event of an emergency after hours. A professional approach is exhibited by all their staff which makes us confident that we are receiving excellent service from them at all times. Valley View is on our tender list for the past 4/5 Years. They have satisfactorily completed a range of houses and extensions to houses for this office, varying in a price range up to €400,000.00. I have found the company and its owner, Anthony Grogan to be good to deal with, setting out accurate pricing and keeping up to date with variations as the works progress. The standard of finish is good and all efforts are made to ensure a satisfied client. The forepersons employed are competent and will accept instructions on site. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any house building project

Since 2017, we at Clayton Ballsbridge have built up a good working relationship with Anthony and Valley View Construction services. I find them extremely professional and they understand our needs as a very busy hotel. All work carried out is 100% quality wise no matter how large or small the project. “Anthony and the Valley View Team built an extension, specifically for my husband, who was left in a wheelchair after an accident. Our house was not wheelchair friendly, but Anthony was able to help me from the very start, putting me in contact with an architect and thanks to both Anthony and the architect they were able to advise me on what was best to do. I was always kept informed of what was happening and all of the Valley View Team were absolute gentlemen to deal with. Since having the extension built, I have had a couple of other issues in the house and thanks to the Valley View emergency response service, someone has been out to resolve the problem almost immediately. I would highly recommend Anthony and the Valley View Team for any work you may have, around your home or garden.”
